Mission
The mission of the Communications Committee is to serve as the main liaison to our members and the tennis community. By building strong relationships, we work to educate and empower other tennis organization, clubs and player so that they can make a greater impact in the growth of the game.
We will work together in providing our tennis community with the latest information events and tennis news.
Objective
The objective of this committee is to develop internal and external communication efforts that will relate information on events, tournaments and other related activities to out HCTA members and the tennis community.
Tasks
- Participate in the development and maintaining of our HCTA Website
- Periodically submit the event information or related news to the web service
- Assist when possible in the preparation of Press Releases for events
- Communicate via email information that is of relative importance to all the members
